Ingredients:
1 carrot
1 cup water
Method:

Wash and peel the carrot and cut it into slices.

Add the carrot slices to a pressure cooker or a steamer. Add ½ cup of water to it. Pressure cook the carrots for 2-3 whistles on a medium flame.

Let the Pressure cooker cool down.

Put the carrot pieces in a blender and blend them to get a smooth paste.

Serve the carrot puree to the baby, by adjusting the consistency by adding a little water to the puree if required.
