Ingredients:

1 medium potato

½ Broccoli
Method:

Wash Broccoli and potato.
-
Add the broccoli florets to the pan , cover it and cook for 5 minutes.

Peel the potato and cut it into chunks.

Add the potatoes in the pan with broccoli florets and steam both for 15 minutes.

Strain most of the water and place it in a blender. (You can use 1-2 tsp of water or breast milk to make it smooth and consistent)

Serve it at room temperature.
Precautions To Take While Feeding Apple Puree To Babies

While preparing, ensure that puree has no lumps. Small chunks or lumps of apple pulp could be a potential choking hazard for babies.

Use sterilised utensils to prepare and store the puree. This will ensure safety from any possible bacterial contamination.

Feed just a teaspoon or two in the beginning.
