Ingredients:
- Blueberries-½ cup
- Apple- ½ cup
- Curd/ Yogurt-½ cup
- Honey-1 tsp(Optional)
Method:
- Wash the blueberries properly and remove the steam.
- Wash the apple and peel it.
- Cut the apples in medium cubes.
- Combine all the ingredients into a mixer jar and blend it until smooth.
- Pour Apple berry smoothie into glass and serve it.
