If you are willing to spend more, you may hire a freelance photographer for the photo shoot. It will save money compared to the studio. You have to look for many poses for photography because a photographer is new to the field and he will not have much info about children’s photoshoots.
THINGS REQUIRED:
For children photoshoots, there are many things required according to the theme you want to choose. Most of the props will be available at your home.
Some Common Things You Need:
- Blanket or bed sheets (backdrop)
- Soft towel
- Paper cut-outs for stars

The space theme is a common theme for kid’s photography at home. You will need a black color blanket for it. You will have to cut a colorful page in a different size to look like stars and planets. Make sure children are wearing light-colored clothes, and dress them cute. The white dress will make it look like a spacesuit. If you want to be more specific, put a NASA tag on it.
- Spread the blanket on the clean floor, make sure it doesn’t contain any wrinkles.
- Spread the stars and planets on the blanket.
- Put your baby in the middle of the blanket.
- Write down the age of your child using any colorful small objects.
