- Banana – 1 big sized
- Oats – 1 cup
- Cinnamon powder – ¼ tbsp
- Milk – ¼ Cup
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- Oil/butter – for making pancakes
Recipe
- Place the oats in the skillet and cook over a med-high heat, shaking and tossing frequently, until they start to turn golden brown and smell toasty.
- Place oats into a blender and blend until smooth powder.

- Just place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Let the batter sit for 2 minutes in the blender while you heat your pan.

- Add oil or butter to a nonstick pan and place over medium heat. Add pancake batter 1/3 cup at a time.
