- Add poha in soaked water.
- Cook it for 5 minutes on a low flame. As poha gets stuck to the pan, keep it stirring.
- Add some milk and cook it for 5 minutes on a low flame. ( If your baby is too young , use breast milk)
- Blend this in a mixture so it will get smooth and consistent.
- Add nuts powder and mix it well.(If your baby is too young , you can avoid )
- If you are not using dates and raisins , you can use the jaggery powder to sweeten the taste.
- Add 1 tsp of ghee to make it smooth.
- Poha porridge is ready to eat , serve it warm.
